10 ways to better handle PCOS

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) affects 1 in 10 women worldwide, presenting a complex set of challenges both for patients and healthcare providers. Despite its prevalence, PCOS remains a largely misunderstood condition, often overshadowed by misinformation and lack of awareness. Our recent FTC Network meeting brought together leading experts, patients, and practitioners in a series of Think Tank workshops. These sessions focused on understanding PCOS, identifying the critical issues faced by patients, and developing actionable strategies for better management and care. This white paper distills the insights from these workshops into 10 Top Tips for handling PCOS effectively, catering to both patients and healthcare professionals.

As we start september, the month dedicated to PCOS prevention and information worldwide, we are publishing now our white paper !

What were our PCOS workshops thematics?

  1. What are the initial inquiries patients often pose regarding their condition?
  2. How can patients become active participants in their own care for pathologies such as PCOS?
  3. What are effective methods to extend the reach of PCOS communication for better public awareness and prevention?
  4. In what ways can current and emerging technologies improve the management of PCOS?
